A 100% full refund is only available if INFRA cannot launch the system due to internal technical constraints. This applies to both the Standard Plan ($899) and Pro Plan ($1,199).
No refunds are issued once the administrative keys have been transferred to the client's domain. Once you have received full administrative access, domain control, and complete ownership of your storefront, the service is considered complete.
The $100/mo maintenance plan can be canceled at any time, but active cycles are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
