Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing the Master Store System, you enter into a legally binding agreement with INFRA. This agreement governs the delivery of our productized infrastructure service and the terms under which we provide our 24-hour storefront and dashboard delivery.

2. Service Delivery

We provide a productized infrastructure service designed to transfer your complete storefront and administrative dashboard within 24 hours of asset verification. Our baseline package, the Standard Card ($899), includes 200 Products, 24h Build, Inventory Sync, and 100% Admin Ownership.

Our Pro Card ($1,199) offers Custom Product Pages, Advanced Automations, Priority Support, and Product Variants.

3. Client Responsibilities

The 24-hour delivery clock begins only after INFRA verifies that the Master Store CSV, Logo, and Gateway credentials are complete.

Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will pause the delivery timeline until corrections are provided.

4. Infrastructure Fees

A recurring $100/month fee is required to maintain hosting and security for your Master Store System. This covers managed hosting, security, and daily backups.

5. Ownership Transfer

Upon completion of your Master Store System, full administrative access and ownership are transferred to your domain. You maintain complete control over your storefront, dashboard, and all associated data.
